Photo credit: Gage Skidmore/CC BY-SA 2.0,  via Flickr Jim Jordan Reveals Who He Thinks 'Probably' Leaked Supreme Court Draft Decision At Wednesday's House Judiciary Committee hearing, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) slammed legislation on the Supreme Court and said that he thinks someone on the left leaked the draft decision. Jim Jordan Said: A year ago, the chairman of the house judiciary committee introduced a bill to pack the court. and that bill didn't add one justice, didn't add two justices, didn't have three, it added four justices. Now, why would they pick four?  Does anyone know why they might pick four justices because it's packing the court they want four liberal justices, to dominate than a seven-six thirteen-member court? so a year ago they introduced a bill to pack the court adding four associate justices to the United States supreme court. Two weeks ago they had a hearing where they trashed justice Thomas and went after justice Thomas. Last week

Photo credit: Gage Skidmore/CC BY-SA 2.0,  via Flickr At the House Judiciary Committee hearing on the Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act of 2021, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) called out the controversial memo on school boards and parents.   Here is the complete conversation: Jim: I thank the gentleman for yielding again, just remember this is simply a reporting amendment, there are all kinds of reporting in the legislation, and don't forget, the catalyst for all this had some reporting in it. The initial school boards association letter cited 24 incidents where they said, these are the 24 examples that they had in their letter, that went to the attorney general and he said was the basis for his memorandum setting this whole process in motion. And of those 24 were not even violent in any way shape or form and before that could be categorized as violent was the situation in Virginia, where I think any dad would have probably taken the action that that father took at that particular mee

Jim Jordan (R-OH) called out the controversial memo on school boards and parents. Jim Jordan said: I think the chairman last fall October 21st, when the attorney general was in front of this committee we asked him What was the basis for the very first sentence in your memorandum of October 4th, 2021? So the memorandum he had sent out just two and a half weeks prior to testifying in front of us.  The first sentence reads in recent months there's been a spike in harassment intimidation threats of violence against school administrators, board members, teachers, and staff we asked him What was the basis there? What investigation? What data?  What did you look at? How did you make a determination to put that as the very first sentence in your memorandum telling the FBI to set up a snitch line on parents? What was the basis for that an

Record gas prices 6 dollar gas in California 4 dollar gas everywhere else and democrats are legalizing dru

While addressing the news conference Jim said: I want to ask you about judiciary priorities. When it comes to Tech you mentioned 230, could you just give us some of your other big priorities, when it comes to Tech regulation and things of that nature anti-trust?  Basically, what I said earlier, I do think the consumer wants to know as quickly as possible why Big Tech (Social Media Giant Companies ie. Facebook, Twitter, etc.) might take down their posts.  We got this situation now with Twitter, they locked out The Babylon Bee for several days. Your average consumer wants to know why and when those kinds of things so. Transparency is important, the liability protection issue Section 230. We are trying to get that language right by working closely with Cathy McMorris Rodgers and her staff, our staff on ju

I mean think about last summer think about that video last summer where you had people trying to jump on the wheel of the plane as it was taking off in Afghanistan that situation there where the debacle that was the exit from Afghanistan.  Think about what's going on in Ukraine, Today here at home in 14 months, we went from a secure border to complete chaos with over two million illegal immigrants coming into this country. In one year we went from relatively safe streets to recor
