Apparently, the building staff of her brownstone here on east 64th street had not seen Ivana trump, so they went inside to check on her. They found her on the floor at apparently dead of natural causes. Indeed she lived a life of fame, and fortune, and was right in the middle of a sometimes harsh media spotlight.
