Clinton, who served the Empire States as a senator from 2001 to 2009, praised the incumbent governor and urged voters to keep her in Albany for the full term. Hochul Rose took power following the resignation of Andrew Cuomo last year. The highly coveted blue check mark was once reserved for public figures, celebrities, and politicians. The company's new CEO, Elon Musk, is hoping to monetize verification as part of a much larger change in the platforms of Twitter, a blue subscription service. So now users who are already verified have 90 days to sign up before they lose their "blue checkmark.  GETTR CEO Jason Miller said: "No charge for verification or post-editing on GETTR! 🤣 From The Verge: "Twitter is planning to start charging $20 per month for verification."   Governor Ron DeSantis  Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) signs new tax relief legislation in the wake of Hurricane Ian. On Thursday, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signed an executive order in Tallahassee, approving tax relief for those affected by Hurricane Ian. The massive storm caused billions of damage in Florida, and its anticipants mobilized and coordinated recovery efforts. The emergency tax legislation, stating that it will help ease the economic burden in the wake of the deadly hurricane, was also praised by DeSantis. DeSantis signed Executive Order (EO) 22-242 to suspend deadlines for payment of property taxes in counties that have been impacted by Hurricane Ian.   Trump With Richard Marcinko (Source- Donald Trump Jr. Official Instagram) President Donald Trump's Elder Son Don Jr. Recently shared a post on his official Instagram handle regarding the passing of Richard Marcinko.  Richard Marcinko was born on Nov. 21, 1940, to George Marcinko and Emilie Teresa Pavlik Marcinko in his grandmother’s house in Lansford, Pa., a tiny mining town.  He dropped out of high school and enlisted in the Navy in 1958. He was deployed to Vietnam with SEAL Team 2 in 1967, according to the National Navy SEAL Museum, which announced the death on its Official Facebook page. He received many honors for his service, including four Bronze Stars, a Silver Star, and a Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry, as per the museum. After completing two tours in Vietnam, he was promoted to lieutenant commander and then took the reins of SEAL Team 2 from 1974 to 1976, according to the museum.
