Judge John Cooper announced Thursday that Florida's 15-week abortion ban will be blocked in state court this comes on the heels of the supreme court ruling to overturn Roe v Wade last week Florida governor Ron DeSantis promised that he will appeal the ruling which will likely automatically block Cooper's ruling until another court decision can be issued take a listen for governor DeSantis's full reaction here.
