Speaking of that Twitter takeover, this was a weird tweet from Elon actually showcasing the fact that, on the iOS app store Truth Social is currently above Twitter for the app download charts for free apps. Truth Social is coming in at number one and Twitter coming in at number two.

Obviously, Twitter is hugely in the news & media right now after being purchased by Tesla CEO Elon Musk, do you think that would provide a bump boost, but it also created a resurgence in conversation around Truth Social because everyone said what about trump, when does trump come back? And then the report came out that trump was all in on Truth Social and that he wouldn't be back. You know end up hearing that there are a couple of other unusual social media apps in their live in live pick widget and be real your friends for real and then tick-tock coming in number 5.

Truth Social Migrates to Rumble Cloud, Trump Platform Preparing to Onboard Millions

I don't know what Elon is trying to indicate with this particular tweet. I think he's trying to say that you ban people, look what you do right. Maybe you create silos and you think you're talking to people but then you just create chambers.

Elon Musk also thinks Twitter is the reason "Truth Social" exists. Trump was forced to launch Truth Social after being banned from Twitter in the wake of Capitol riots in January last year.

Especially with really popular people, you start banning people with 60-70 million followers and right they create their own chambers elsewhere where they just talk about only things.

Twitter's new owner Musk has suggested a new name for former President Donald Trump's platform Truth Social, which is the top downloaded app on Apple's app store.

Musk said that Truth Social should be renamed as "Trumpet".

“Truth Social (terrible name) exists because Twitter censored free speech. Should be called Trumpet instead!” he tweeted.

After this, a Trump Supporter replied to him with this statement: Now imagine President Trump being on Twitter and replying back and forth with Elon Musk about this tweet.

That would be the Twitter Super Bowl.

Musk early Wednesday noted Truth Social was topping Twitter and TikTok in App Store downloads before mocking the platform, tweeting that it “Should be called Trumpet instead!”

Rand Paul (R-KY) questioned Colleen Shogan, nominee to be Archivist of the United States about classifications. During the Senate Homeland Security Committee hearing, Senator Rand Paul questioned Colleen Shogan, nominee to be Archivist of the United States, about her understanding of the Archivist's role in certifying amendments to the Constitution and whether the Archivist has the power to change or alter the election results.  Shogan stated that the Archivist's function is ministerial and that the Archivist publishes an amendment when it becomes part of the Constitution but does not decide whether an amendment has been ratified. She also stated that she would not allow security at the Archives to force people to cover clothing that has a political speech on it. Senator Paul expressed his concern about the over-classification of government documents, citing an

In a recent hearing, Representative Lauren Boebert from Colorado expressed her support for two bills aimed at streamlining the permitting process and promoting responsible energy production. However, she also lashed out at Democratic Representative Squalachi for his comments regarding the Green New Deal. Boebert argued that the Green New Deal and renewable energy sources are being forced upon people by the federal government, rather than allowing the market to decide. She further criticized the government's heavy subsidies for renewables, which she claimed were not truly renewable. Boebert also expressed her support for her own bill, H.R 1067, which she claimed would help reduce gas prices by providing certainty for energy producers. She questioned the Biden Administration's compliance with the leasing mand

Stacey Plaskett (D-VI) got into a fight over her comments about Tucker Carlson receiving January 6 footage. There was a heated exchange between Rep. Jim Jordan and Del.
