BREAKING: DeSantis Warns Biden Not To Rescind Remain In Mexico Policy

Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) calls for President Biden not to end the Remain in Mexico policy.

The supreme court ruled Thursday that the Biden administration can get rid of Trump's Maine and Mexico policy, the controversial policy forced asylum seekers to stay out of the US as they awaited an immigration hearing, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis responded to Thursday's ruling with the quote you're going to see the worst border crisis in history get even worse listen in for the Florida republicans, watch out the full reaction here:

DeSantis said: The US supreme court made a decision about the remain in Mexico policy at the southern border. And you know they made Trump jump through a lot of hopes and now they're saying Biden can just get rid of it that may actually be with the constitution, but they're treating him differently than they treated trump which I don't think is appropriate but nevertheless, if Biden revokes the remain in Mexico policy you're going to see the worst border crisis in history, gets even worse and you are going to see people flooding across, you're going to end up having, you know the drugs are out of control you have fentanyl coming in it's the leading cause of death in people 18 to 45 in the United States now. 

That would not be the case if you had a secure border, yes you have records of human trafficking, sex trafficking, horrible stuff happening, yes criminal aliens are coming across the border for sure but just the sheer number of people you know, when they're being dumped into different communities you know that impacts education health care criminal justice public all these different things it's going to be a major burden on communities throughout the United States. 

In Florida, we were able to get the Florida supreme court to approve our request to impanel a statewide grand jury so that we cause what happens is a lot of the people that come this is orchestrated by people, that are already here, so you're coming illegally and then you end up. So we're going to be doing a really significant investigation about anybody any organizations particularly in Florida who may be a part of facilitating some of the illegal migration that we see and I think that that's something that's very very significant. 

The easiest thing would be for the federal government to just adopt good policies here but I think we've seen over the last year and a half that's not something that they're typically prone to do so we're going to continue to fight hard on all these fronts and make sure that we're vindicating the best interest of the state of Florida okay guys I'm going to run we'll good to see you thanks so much, DeSantis ended his remarks.
