TRUMP: Why isn’t the media asking who gave Crooked Hillary Clinton’s “plumbers” their orders?

Former President has furiously accused Hillary's election campaign of treason after a special counsel said her team had tried to spy on his White House servers in a bid to find ties to Russia to smear him with. Team Hillary Clinton's behavior would once have merited execution after Special Counsel John Durham made a court filing explaining the alleged hack.

Trump in his statement said:

Why isn’t the media asking who gave Crooked Hillary Clinton’s “plumbers” their orders? With Watergate, it was the coverup that turned out to be the far bigger crime. With Hillarygate it is the Mainstream Media Coverup that is almost as big of a crime as the act of treasonous espionage itself. It is showing the world why our media is truly the enemy of the people!

The former president Donald Trump accused the mainstream media of hypocrisy for their lack of coverage on allegations detailed by Special Counsel John Durham.

Right Wing and Conservative leaders have also criticized the media for lack of coverage on the John Durham probe.

Trump allies such as Mark Meadows and RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel have ripped the media, arguing the latest news on John Durham’s probe is not getting the same attention as various stories about the former president.  

“Virtually every baseless Russian collusion allegation against Donald Trump got printed and aired for 4 years,” Meadows said on Tuesday. “But today there’s a fraction of coverage on actual evidence in a Durham indictment pointing to spying on the candidate and President Trump.”  

W. Joseph Campbell, a professor of communications at American University said:

“Just because it’s complicated doesn't excuse the news media for not giving it a whole lot of attention. It is important and potentially so and that alone would be an incentive for the news media writ large to take a deeper interest in this,” Campbell said. “The impatience with process news runs deep. And there is a lot of process news in this town, so that may be an explanation.”
