I don't think we've ever, certainly since I've been Governor, declared a state of emergency this early. We made sure that we were very inclusive with it. We said that there was a lot of uncertainty and then we've worked to make sure the preparations that have been done and all

Photo credit: Gage Skidmore/CC BY-SA 2.0,  via Flickr On Thursday, Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA) warned of a "clear and present danger" to the US. In her Senate speech Joni Ernst said: Blocking the bill's passage today is not just disappointing, but it is endangering, and we have to act now. I mean, you can read the Tweet. It's right here. They're Seeking Justice. They're looking for retribution and revenge, and again it was sent from U.S. soil. This tweet was If that doesn't constitute a clear and present danger demanding immediate attention, then I honestly don't know what does. 'His Emails Show It Was A Lie': GOP Rep. Shreds Biden Claim He's Not Involved In Hunter's Business

Photo credit: Louise Palanker/CC BY-SA 2.0,  via Flickr At a House Oversight Committee hearing on Tuesday, Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) spoke about Hunter Biden. Republican Representative stated I thank the chair and support House Resolution 1243, which requests that President Biden provide the House with information about his family's international business arrangements. Now behind me is an email from 2016 during the Obama Biden Administration between Hunter Biden and Miguel Aleman, the son of a Mexican billionaire and grandson of the former Mexican president. The email begins with a quote: we're arriving late tonight on Air Force 2 to Mexico City. We will be there for Thursday. I'm attending a meeting with President Nieto with Dad. Because we've been talking about business deals and partnerships for seven years, the highlighted sections here are significant. I've brought every single person you've ever asked me to bring to the effing White House, the vice pr

In a video released on social media, Republican congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene had a tense interchange with a reporter. The reporter asked Green how she defined "Christian nationalism." To great controversy, Greene has called herself a Christian nationalist. The Republican lawmaker defended her use of the term and rejected any implications of bigotry. A conversation about the meaning of words in semantics ensued, with no resolution. When the reporter then asked her whether she considered herself a socialist because she was a social person, the sparks began to fly. Talking about the MAGA Republicans, Rep. MTG said: The word MAGA has been made into something bad. They're saying MAGA Whatever they choose, whatever kind of life they live, there is nothing dangerous about that.

Joe Biden appears lost on stage after speech in New York; Americans call it 'embarrassing' | Watch

Photo credit: Gage Skidmore/CC BY-SA 2.0,  via Flickr Hello, my friends, and welcome back to the US Hub. Thank you very much for being with me again. Today I read an article and watched a video of the President of the United States, the leader of the Free World, Joe Biden, on the stage of Lost in Space. I don't know what he's supposed to do, or what I don't think he knows, what's going on at all. I don't know how these guys are just having sprints of energy and mental energy for this guy to read the teleprompter. I don't understand that. This guy cannot function. I didn't have any problems with him I said, "Well, you know, he's just old and all that. Even though I understand that it is for his position, he has to be sharp, he has to be fit physically and mentally, he can't be full of energy, he's got so many issues at hand, but he has to analyze to make decisions. He's not meeting the requirements for that position. He should be fired.

Do watch his video below: Sen. Chuck Grassley said: I'd like to mention the Hunter Biden special counsel letter that Republican members sent to Attorney General Garland this week. The letter requests that special counsel protections and authorities be extended to a U.S. attorney. Weiss, Senator Corner, led the charge in getting that letter done.  Senator Johnson and I wrote to U.S. Senate attorney Weiss on May 9th of this year, asking if he had obtained relevant records to fully advance the Hunter Biden investigations. We ask him if he receives sufficient resources and support from the justice department to execute the investigation. We also asked him if he discussed the need for a special counsel to properly investigate Hunter Biden's criminal matter. Attorney Gener

Marjorie Taylor Greene Upset By Note Left For Her In Her Office: 'Really Bothers Me'

Photo credit: Gage Skidmore/CC BY-SA 2.0,  via Flickr In a video released to social media, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) slammed a note she received encouraging her to vote for more aid to Ukraine. In a video released on social media Wednesday, conservative firebrand Marjorie Teller expressed her anger at a note she received, encouraging her to vote for more AIDS in Ukraine. The note, which was meant to convey the dire situation faced by Ukrainians suffering under Russian aggression, prompted the Georgia Republicans to demand more spending on American citizens. Continued AIDS Ukraine has become a thorn in the side of hard-right politicians who have demanded that U.S. tax dollars be spent on citizens rather than on foreign conflicts. Most Democrats and Republicans disagree, viewing support for Ukraine as both morally and geopolitically necessary and key to quelling continued Russian aggression. Politicians such as Green's detractors argue that if Russia succeeds in its inv
